Abstract
|
|
|
Three cases of tuberous sclerosis in one family that suspected to be inherited as an autosomal dominant trait are repoted.
They were two daughters, aged 4 month and 7½ year respectively, and their mother, aged 31 year, who was complicated by bilateral renal angiomyolipomas.
The diagnosis was clinically made by typical manifestations and brain MRI.
A brief review of related literatures is given.
